Connection structure

How three route types work

Route names are not speed rankings. IEPL dedicated lines, relays, and direct connections use different international path designs, with different trade-offs in stability, coverage, and scheduling cost.

IEPL Stability first

IEPL dedicated line

An IEPL dedicated line places the key path between the local entry point and the international exit on a relatively fixed transport route, reducing unpredictable routing changes on public networks. Its main value is not identical performance for every destination, but less impact from detours and temporary rerouting when international paths fluctuate.

These routes suit longer sessions and tasks that are sensitive to interruptions, such as remote work, web dashboards, online document collaboration, long AI tool sessions, and streaming content that needs continuous loading. Dedicated resources generally cost more to schedule and maintain, so they are best when stability comes first—not as a reason to send every session through the same entry point.

RELAY Balanced coverage and stability

Relay connection

A relay connection first connects to a nearby access point, then sends traffic through a relay node to the target region. The relay layer can avoid some unstable public paths between the local network and the international exit while offering broader location choices than a dedicated line. Performance depends on the combined access, relay, and exit segments, so the final city alone does not tell the whole story.

For everyday browsing, AI tools, streaming, and general work, a relay is often a balanced starting point. When the target region is far away, try a nearby relay entry first, then compare other exits in that region. Relays add a scheduling layer and are more complex to maintain than direct connections, but they can balance coverage, connection performance, and resource cost more effectively.

DIRECT Coverage first

Direct connection

A direct connection links the current network straight to an exit in the target region without an additional dedicated relay layer. Its simpler structure can cover more cities and makes it easier to identify a specific regional exit. Actual performance depends more on the current network, public international routes, and connectivity to the target region; the same entry point may perform differently on different networks.

Direct connections suit ordinary web access, occasional regional needs, and backup use. Over long distances, do not assume the most familiar city is the best first choice. Test a nearby region first, then try the target region; this usually makes it easier to tell whether an issue comes from local access or the long-distance path. Direct resources are organized more simply and usually cost less to cover than dedicated lines, so they provide broader regional coverage.

Choose a recommended route for the task

Start with your goal, then choose the region and route type. Connecting in list order can overlook differences in content region, session continuity, and interaction patterns.

WEB

Everyday browsing

For ordinary websites, research, and lightweight apps, start with a geographically nearby region. Nearby does not mean committing to one city; it means shortening the overall path first, then comparing IEPL dedicated lines, relays, and direct connections in that region. If pages open reliably, images load continuously, and your login state remains stable, there is no need to keep switching to a more distant exit.

If the site has a specific regional version, switch to the corresponding region. Reopen the target page after switching so an old connection or cached page does not affect your assessment.

MEDIA

Streaming and video

Streaming depends first on where the content library is available, so the exit region matters more than the route name. Confirm the region for the content you want, then start with an entry marked as supporting streaming in that region. Continuous playback is more informative than briefly opening the homepage; reaching the page does not guarantee that subsequent loading will suit extended viewing.

AI

AI tools

AI tool sessions often include sign-in, long-form generation, file uploads, and ongoing conversations. Prioritize a stable exit within the same session and avoid changing regions repeatedly during generation. Start with commonly used service regions such as Singapore, Japan, or the United States, then adjust based on your account access and actual connection performance.

If the page opens but generation stops frequently, compare a relay with an IEPL dedicated line in the same region instead of immediately switching to a distant city. If sign-in behaves unexpectedly, stop switching, close the related pages, and revisit through a fixed entry point.

PLAY

Gaming connections

Choose an exit based on the region where the game servers are located. Game login, resource updates, and match connections may use different addresses, so “can log in” and “stable during a match” should be assessed separately. Prefer an entry point near the game service region and avoid automatically changing exits during a match.

If a route works well for downloading updates but the match connection is unstable, keep the same region and try another route type. The route page makes no fixed performance guarantees; assess it based on a complete match in your current network environment.

WORK

Remote work

Remote work often combines business websites, meetings, file sync, and online documents. These tasks benefit from fewer regional changes during a session, with priority given to an IEPL dedicated line or a stable relay entry. If your company system is sensitive to sign-in regions, use the same region consistently instead of switching between countries.

Before starting an important task, test web sign-in, file opening, and collaboration-tool connectivity. If one app behaves unexpectedly, do not assume the entire route is unavailable. Check whether other websites work normally, then decide whether to switch routes or consult the troubleshooting guide.

When to switch routes

Switch with a clear purpose: change the exit region, adjust the connection type, or rule out a temporary issue with one entry point. Repeatedly switching without a goal can make login states and test results harder to interpret.

Region mismatch

The target content belongs to another region

When the content library, language, or regional version shown by a site does not match your expectation, switch to the exit region associated with the target content. Close the old page and reopen it after switching so the existing session does not retain information from the previous region. If the service requires the account region to match, changing the exit alone cannot replace the account-side setting.

Unstable connection

Long sessions stop frequently

If a webpage works briefly but meetings, generation tasks, or file sync are frequently interrupted, keep the region unchanged and switch within that region from direct to relay or IEPL dedicated line. This minimizes variables and helps determine whether the difference comes from the international path. Save anything in progress and end the current task before switching.

Single-app issue

Only one application is inaccessible

Use a browser to check whether other websites open normally. If the overall connection is fine, the issue may involve app rules, cached data, or login state. You can compare another route in the same region, but avoid switching repeatedly across regions. If the issue persists, collect the app name, platform, and reproduction steps for the troubleshooting guide.

Local network change

The access environment has changed

After changing networks, an entry point that worked before may no longer be the best choice. Disconnect the old connection first, then retest from a nearby region. Across platforms, Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux can use the same account with unlimited devices, but each device should still be matched to a route suited to its own network environment.

Country coverage and route count are different concepts

Country coverage describes the range of available exit regions; route count is the total number of schedulable entries across those regions. One country may include multiple cities, connection types, or purpose-specific entries, so country count cannot be used to estimate route density in each region. Confirm the target country first, then review the available route types there.

The user panel is where the complete list is available

Route maintenance, entry-point changes, and regional scheduling are reflected in the user panel after sign-in. The marketing page remains a static directory: it does not show performance figures that change over time or turn temporary conditions into long-term promises. Access and sign-in

No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are enough. After choosing a plan, you can view your subscription and client access in the user panel. Monthly plan traffic resets each month on the activation date; when upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated against the remaining days. Traffic packages remain valid until used and never expire. All plans include a 7-day no-questions-asked refund.
