These terms apply when you visit the 14VPN website, create an account, purchase a subscription, or use related network acceleration services. By using the service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. If you disagree with any part, stop creating an order or using the service. For plans, traffic, refunds, and account status, the actual orders and usage records shown in the user panel prevail.

Service Scope

14VPN provides network acceleration and international route connections for cross-border access, covering 110+ countries / 210+ routes and supporting Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The service helps improve the connection path between your device and the destination network, but does not change the rules, regional policies, or account requirements of any website, application, or content provider.

The number of routes, available regions, and specific connection methods may change due to network maintenance, resource allocation, or changes to destination services. Coverage represents the overall route resources available for selection and does not mean that the same connection performance will be available in every region, with every carrier, or at every time. Select routes according to your network and intended use.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. Keep your login details, subscription information, and order records secure, and remain responsible for activity on your account. An account is managed by the registered user and may not be resold, rented, publicly posted, or shared with unrelated parties, including its subscription credentials and connection configurations.

There is no device limit. You may use the same account on devices under your own management, but may not use this rule to distribute the service to others or resell it. Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB; traffic resets monthly from the activation date, and upgrade price differences are calculated based on the remaining days. Traffic packages are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB; they remain available until used and never expire.

Acceptable Use

You must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where you are located and during your use of the service, as well as the rules of destination websites, applications, and network platforms. You may not use the service to infringe others' rights, disrupt network operations, distribute malicious programs, access systems without authorization, send harmful information in bulk, or engage in other unlawful conduct.

You may not conduct destructive testing of service interfaces, clients, route configurations, or access controls, or continuously consume network resources in a way that clearly exceeds normal personal use. If activity may affect service stability or other users' connections, 14VPN may take necessary measures, including restricting connections, suspending a subscription, or asking you to stop the relevant activity.

Availability and Liability

Cross-border connections can be affected by local carriers, device configuration, wireless network quality, destination service status, route maintenance, and network congestion. 14VPN maintains and schedules routes according to network conditions, but makes no additional guarantee of access to a particular website, content in a particular region, a fixed connection speed, or uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance or emergency adjustments may temporarily make some routes unavailable.

For connection issues caused by device failures, configuration errors, third-party service changes, local network abnormalities, or violations of these terms, you should first complete the necessary checks. To the extent permitted by applicable law, 14VPN assumes no extended liability for indirect losses, content loss, or changes to third-party account status beyond the reasonable control of the service.

Refunds and Account Termination

You may request a full, no-questions-asked refund within 7 days of the first payment. Submit refund requests through the user panel and provide verifiable account and order information. Once a refund is completed, the corresponding subscription, remaining traffic, and related service access will end. The specific processing time for refunds depends on the actual status of the Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT payment channel.

If an account is used to resell subscriptions, publicly share credentials, disrupt service operations, engage in unlawful conduct, or repeatedly violate these terms, 14VPN may suspend or terminate the related account and services. To protect account security or verify unusual activity, the service may also temporarily restrict certain functions and explain the required steps through the user panel.

Changes and Effective Date

14VPN may update these terms in response to service changes, legal requirements, or changes to operating rules. Updates will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top will be revised accordingly. Material changes affecting user rights or usage methods will be explained on the website or in the user panel. Continued use of the service after an update indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms and the Privacy Policy form the basic rules for using 14VPN services. If any provision cannot be enforced under applicable law, the remaining provisions will remain effective. Questions about subscriptions, orders, refunds, or account status should be submitted through the ticket entry in the user panel so they can be handled based on the relevant records.
